It’s time again to highlight another great vendor in the Charlotte area! Here at Magnificent Moments Weddings, we love nothing more than sharing these great vendors and the people who work there with you, our clients. This week’s vendor spotlight is on Yessica Grace Photography and the amazing skills they have to offer!

Yessica Naranjo owns and operates Yessica Grace Photography an amazing photography company located right here in Charlotte. Her sweet personality and amazing skills make her a wonderful photographer to work with. Since she is so incredible, I decided to sit down with Yessica, to get the skinny on all things Yessica Grace Photography. Here is what she shared:

I shoot about 15-25 weddings per year, not including weddings I second shoot. I love being able to give 100% to every single client so I keep the number limited. Every year is different!
One of my absolute favorite things I’ve seen a couple do during their ceremony was put together a time capsule. They filled it with memorable items and later had guests add notes to it during the reception. After the wedding, they buried it and planned to dig it back up on their 10th anniversary. It was such a unique and special thing. I’d never seen anything like it!
My favorite part of working in the wedding industry is all the amazing love stories I get to witness. It may sound cheesy, but I’ve always been a sucker for romance and nothing makes my heart happier than seeing people come together to celebrate such great loves. Having the opportunity to document such events is truly a blessing!
My #1 piece of advice to newly engaged couples is to have the wedding YOU want to have. You can ask for advice, but at the end of the day, it’s your wedding day. Whether your dream wedding is an intimate affair or huge party, don’t let anything hold you back. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime event. Get the dress of your dreams. Eat the food you want to eat. The guests are important, but the event is about you and pleasing everyone should never be a priority. But as you plan and prepare, never forget was it’s all really about: MARRIAGE. Plan for your wedding, but plan for your marriage first because it’s what will remain once the party is over.
