Audra and Jason married this summer at The Mint Museum Uptown. This sweet couple was so great to work with and their upbeat wedding was completely unique to them.
The couple’s ceremony took place in the Atrium space of The Mint. Their amazing alter space was a statement piece created by Audra’s cousin an extremely talented floral designer. Audra was escorted down the aisle by her parents but met halfway by Jason. The couple walked together to the altar ready to exchange vows as husband and wife. Close friends presided over the intimate ceremony which was so touching and meaningful.
After the ceremony guests made their way out to the terrace for cocktail hour. Jason made the perfect playlist mix for guests to enjoy as they sipped cocktails and mingled. The ceremony space was then flipped for the reception. Audra’s cousin created the most stunning design for the space, complete with amazing floral centerpieces and swoon-worthy candlelight, it was truly amazing! Guests were welcomed back into the reception space and the party got started. A live band introduced the smiling couple and Jason made the most touching thank you speech thanking their guests for arriving. The couples cake cutting was another fun moment. Guests had voted prior to the even who they wanted to see get cake in the face. The band announced the results that Jason was the winner. Audra had so much fun covering his face in cake and I think the guests enjoyed it too. This fun couple loves to dance and the dance floor stayed packed throughout the night.
The evening ended with rain but that didn’t spoil the couples evening. They left the reception to their cheering guests so happy for them and their marriage!
Congratulations Audra and Jason! We here at Magnificent Moments Weddings wish you many years of love and happiness!
