Lee and Meghan had a festive party for their Cinco de Mayo wedding at the Mint Museum Uptown that was nothing short of fun! The couple met in Cleveland, having been introduced by mutual friends and we are so glad they did! Lee and Meghan are a truly magnetic couple, full of fun, and their wedding did not disappoint!
Guests were in for a fun night from the moment they arrived. Greeted with champagne, guests took their seats for a stunning ceremony held in the atrium. The bride and groom were married by a longtime family friend under a breathtaking birch chuppah. Their family joined them at the altar, as is Jewish custom, and as the couple exchanged vows, there was not a dry eye in the house.
Cocktail hour was next and it gave guests the opportunity to enjoy unique signature cocktails, including a Mint Julep and Margarita. These delicious drinks served as a nod to both The Kentucky Derby and Cinco de Mayo, which were both happening on this sweet couples wedding day. I just love how they were able to include these little details, making the night more memorable!
The reception followed cocktail hour and let’s say this is where the party really started. Lee and Meghan were introduced into the room as the new Mr. and Mrs., and from that point on, the party was on! Guests spent the night dancing to amazing music, sipping delicious cocktails, and making memories in an over the top photo booth. I don’t think there was a moment the dance floor was empty, and let me tell you this group can dance!
The night ended with an amazing dessert bar and delicious late night snacks created by Something Classic. Guests enjoyed one more group dance with the newly married couple before exiting to the afterparty for even more fun!
Congratulations Lee and Meghan! Here’s to many years of happiness!
