Keli and Tom are a fun couple who married at The Mint Museum Randolph in Charlotte, North Carolina. Their main goal for their navy, mauve, and the gray wedding was simply for their guests to have fun and enjoy everything about the big day. And I think it’s safe to say this couple delivered!
Their ceremony took place in the courtyard space behind the Mint Museum Randolf. Throughout the ceremony, people driving by would honk for the couple showing support, which was nice because it broke up the emotions of it all and gave a good laugh during their touching ceremony. The couple included their kids into their ceremony, Keli’s two daughters and Tom’s two sons and one daughter served as members of the bridal party which was so sweet. They also had a bagpiper play prelude music as guests arrived for the ceremony which was so different.
After the ceremony guests enjoyed cocktail hour being led there by the same bagpiper pre-ceremony. As guests mixed and mingled the newlywed couple was photographed and spent time relishing the moment with family.
Following cocktail hour the reception got underway. Guests listened to some amazing toasts by the couple’s children. These were honestly some of the most touching toasts I have ever heard and it truly showed how close this family is and how much love they have. As soon as the dancefloor opened EVERYONE was on it and it stayed packed all night. At one point the DJ played a wedding classic “Sweet Caroline” and the dance floor erupted in a fun sing-along.
Keli and Tom your wedding was truly one to remember. We here at Magnificent Moments Weddings wish you many years of love and happiness.
