Kaitlin and Tom married last fall at Byron’s South End. Their goal for their wedding was to host a fun event that guests would enjoy while still being romantic and beautiful. It was an honor to be a part of their big day which I think delivered in its goals. Not only was the event full of fun from start to finish but the love of this sweet couple was ever present throughout the day!
The ceremony took place at the Design Center. The altar space was set by an arbor that was custom made for the event. Tom and friends installed it the morning of and it was truly a stunning backdrop to their vows. Kaitlin entered the ceremony down the grand staircase of the Design Center, meeting her Dad on the landing before making their way to the altar. It was such a memorable entrance and Tom smiled while watching his bride make her way to him. During the ceremony their mothers lit the candles for their unity candle ceremony. It was very sweet to see both mothers come together in such a meaningful moment during the ceremony.
Following the ceremony guests made their way to cocktail hour. As guests entered they were greeted by a fresh poured glass of champagne setting the tone for what would be a fun night. During the reception the couple opted for a dessert bar along with a traditional cake. This decadent bar included tarts, chocolate brownies, and mousse cups, I mean talk about a dream come true. Kaitlin and Tom decided to do a staged sparkler photo with their wedding party instead of a big sendoff. This is a good option if you want to party with your guests and exit with them afterwards! Their wedding was a perfect evening and a true example of their love story!
Congratulations Kaitlin and Tom! We here at Magnificent Moments Weddings wish you many years of love and happiness!
