Claire and Beau were married in a private ceremony with only family and friends on a Friday night at Bonterra Wine Room and then had a reception at the Terrace at Cedar Hill the following Saturday with 250 guests! This was a perfect way to break up their wedding weekend – they could feel intimate for their vows in a personal private ceremony, but also celebrate with all of the friends and extended family too!
Claire wanted the flowers to be pink and touches of sage green and gold. We went with that color theme by using pastel pink flowers, dusty sage greenery, and the most gorgeous geometric gold linens for the reception. This complemented the Terrace at Cedar Hill’s wood floors, classic chandeliers, and overall gorgeous feel of the room.
Guests arrived at this stunning reception and were greeted by good food and fun music. Claire’s vision was a fun party that guests enjoyed every minute and I think she definitely succeeded in that mission. The cocktail reception allowed guests to mix and mingle, but most of all have fun. Claire and Beau still checked off the traditional wedding items like a first dance and some of the most touching toasts I have ever heard. But just as Claire wanted, they had the evening free to interact with guests and really soak up every minute of their big day.
At the end of the night, they left through a glow stick send off to start their new lives as husband and wife!
Claire and Beau, you two are meant for each other and I am so happy for you! Many congrats and well wishes from the team at Magnificent Moments Weddings!
XOXO,
Amanda and Shelby
